Come Explore Cape Breton Island!

Lace-up the hiking boots, pack the camera and film, throw in a pair of binoculars and a bird guide and you're ready for an extraordinary adventure! Join me, Bethsheila Kent, for a spectacular Nova Scotia hiking, walking or birding tour of the natural wonders of Cape Breton Island. I am a birder with more than 20 years experience and have an extensive background in both botany and geology.

Each 'Walking the Wildside' adventure is tailor-made to suit your interests. As your guide and natural history interpreter, I will lead from any point on the island. Tours are offered from April 30th to December 15th each year. Customized coastal adventures (amazing winter birding!) can be arranged anytime throughout the year.
